Electricfor continues to commit to the application of sustainable and effective technologies with the design and manufacture of this advanced system for heating purified water for one of its main clients, a European leader in the biopharmaceutical sector.
This new equipment, with a capacity of 60 KW, is intended for the heating of purified water. It features a Clamp type flange and heating elements made of AISI 316L stainless steel, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance and impeccable hygiene with a Ra (surface roughness) value of less than 0.5, guaranteeing the purity and quality of the treated water.
Furthermore, the design incorporates an insulating shell made of rock wool and an aluminum sheet cover, which optimizes heat retention and minimizes energy loss. The output water temperature reaches 125°C, ideal for biopharmaceutical processes that require precise and controlled conditions.
The system also includes an advanced probe and a regulator for meticulous temperature control, allowing for precise and reliable adjustments to meet various operational needs.
Heating purified water is essential to ensure that processes within the biopharmaceutical industry are safe, efficient, and compliant with applicable regulations. This development not only reinforces Electricfor's position in technological innovation in water treatment but also underscores its commitment to implementing solutions that support efficiency and sustainability.
